SERVICES

We are committed to the needs and goals of each individual client. We believe Pilates, as Joseph intended it to be taught, becomes a lifetime practice and the work a client does in the studio is carried with them into their next activity or sport. Pilates allows movement with more freedom and less stress by focusing on 6 key principals: breathing, flow, precision, concentration, control and centering.  Our classes are 60 minutes in duration.  We have no contracts and no memberships; come as you please; you are in control of your “Contrology” as Joseph called Pilates back in his era of creation!

Personalized Private Pilates Sessions $95.00
manPilates was originally conceived as a one-on-one program. Joseph Pilates worked privately with all of his clients and rarely taught Pilates in a class setting.  Everyone can benefit from private sessions with our highly qualified staff of instructors. The Private Pilates session allows you and your instructor to focus on your own movement patterns and areas of personal interest.  Private sessions are initially recommended for those with chronic injuries or medical histories; this allows assessment of your ability and appropriateness to participate in a group class.  It is strongly suggested you consider one private session prior to group classes  if you are new to Pilates.  Both mat exercises, equipment, and props may all be included in your sessions.  Mat exercises are the foundation to the Pilates Method and it gives us the opportunity to introduce you to exercises you may be safe to practice at home. When mat exercises are included in the session, they may be used to open up the session serving as a warm-up, or sprinkled through-out the session. We’re often requested by clients to give “homework,” and we are always happy to do so. Equipment prop options available to incorporate into your session include: Magic Circle, Arc, balls, foam rollers, light hand weights, stretch cords, resistive bands & tubing. Utilization of Reformers, Towers, Chair and Ballet Barre may also be a part of your session; please feel free to make a request.
Group of 2 $65.00 and Group of 3 $50.00

Duets help you become more self-sufficient with equipment adjustment  required in larger group sizes.
