Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor, Owner
Jennifer is a native Houstonian & Heights resident since 1995 and has been practicing Physical Therapy in Houston since 1987 and Pilates since 2003. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch, B.S. in Physical Therapy, in 1987. In 1995 she completed her Master’s in Business Administration from Our lady of the Lake. Her interest in health, fitness, and helping others, led to her pursuit of a career in Physical Therapy. Over time, she developed her services to include Pilates, Physical Therapy (Jennifer Klein Physical Therapy), and cardio/interval heart rate testing (VO2MaxHouston). She obtained her Pilates certification through Balanced Body, a 500 + comprehensive, acquired in 2011. As a certified Pilates instructor, with a license in Physical Therapy, she is able to teach Pilates with expertise and safety, aware of proper precautions and contraindications, to those with special needs or concerns due to surgical histories, osteoporosis, arthritis, incontinence, stroke recovery, pre and postpartum, and other medical conditions including pain. Her personal background as a former competitive gymnast and triathlete, allows her to teach Pilates with expertise to athletes addressing their flexibility and strength needs, fine tune their coordination, enhance their agility and further develop their core stability. She coached for Bela and Marta Karolyi, the coaches of Olympian’s Nadia Comaneci and Mary Lou Retton, in 1983-84 and was an avid participant and supporter of the Houston Racing Triathlon Club throughout the ‘90’s. As a licensed Physical Therapist, my services include helping those with therapy needs in the following areas: sports medicine, orthopedics, injury recovery, pre and post surgical rehab, neurological disorders, stroke rehab, and women’s health issues. I strive to provide, with compassion, the highest quality and most efficient plan of care through individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions. She is a guest Pilates instructor at The Westin in Beaver Creek, Colorado and was a seasonal Physical Therapist in the winter of 2012 at the world-renowned Howard Head Sports Medicine Clinic/Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado. Jennifer is continually updating and advancing her education through these type of opportunities as well as through workshops and conferences to bring the newest cutting edge to her studio. She is a member of the Houston Pilates Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Bianca fell in love with yoga a few years ago and has been practicing ever since. She believes that yoga should be the harmonic balance between effort and ease. A good practice will activate every muscle as well as stretch and relax every muscle – a total body experience. Beyond that, a good practice will ignite the spirit as well. She received her 200RYT yoga teacher certification from YogaOne Studios in Houston this year. She specializes in vinyasa, hatha, and Forrest yoga. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in science in Geology with a minor in modern languages (primarily Spanish). Her passions include beach bumming, traveling, and spending time with her dog.
John Paul Guillen
John Paul Guillen is a native Houstonian, who from an early age has had an interest in both health and art. As a child, he was a gifted artist but slowly changed focus to work towards a more steady career. John Paul wanted to turn his interests toward working with people more directly and wanted to find a career that would not only help people, but help them see the results. Around this time, he was invited to get a massage for the first time. Prior to this experience, he never imagined that massage could be so therapeutic.
